Greetings –
It has been an exciting week as my soon to be four year old is back on skis and the one year old skied for the first time. I could not think of anything I would rather be doing than skiing with my sons and family and we are so lucky to have good conditions this early.
I take my young boys to Squaw Valley as well as Northstar to have a little variety. This past weekend we found ourselves at the SnoVentures area at the base of Squaw. This is a fun area for the kids as there are two magic carpets, a beginner chairlift, snow tubing and small snowmobiles for the little ones to play on. Below are a few pictures from the adventure. We of course ended up at the Tahoe House in Tahoe City – my favorite coffee shop and bakery in the Truckee/Tahoe region.

With skiing implanted directly in my mind, I am excited for the recent release of homesites at the Ski-Through neighborhood of Martis 25.
Martis 25 Homesites:

Martis 25 is comprised of 25 single family homesites with dramatic views of the Carson Range and Sierra Crest. Each homesite has its own personality based on views, location, size, ski-in/ski-out accessibility. The ski ways were developed in Martis 25 to take you right back to your home and they will be groomed by Vail Resorts as well as maintained for ease of access by the HOA. The Timberline lift is just a quick few turns down the groomed ski way and you will find yourself on the Mountain enjoying the slopes.
