As the Tahoe-Truckee real estate market continues to gain momentum the market conditions at Gray’s Crossing are a great example of a strong first half. The real estate at Gray’s Crossing continues to flourish with a flurry of construction activity and sales trading at increased values. Last year through the midway point in June there were 8 homes sold at an average price of $1,216,265. Year to date we have already surpassed that mark with 11 sales at an average price of $1,364,800 with another 3 currently pending sale. One of these homes pending sale is a 4 bed 3,000 sq. ft. home pending at $1,650,000 or $550 a foot – it will be very interesting to see what this home ends up selling for when it closes in mid July. As we approach the heart of summer and 4th of July we will only see these numbers grow towards the crescendo of closed transactions in the fall as evidenced by historical trends.

EVENTS:
I am happy to announce that Gray’s Crossing is in its 4th season of Gray’s Tuesdays. Every Tuesday through September 5th, PJ’s restaurant at Gray’s Crossing will host the free Tuesday concert series from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. There will be drink and dinner specials available and the concerts are set up on a stage on the lawn with the 18th hole and the Carson Range as the backdrop. Arrive early to get a table, or bring a blanket and grab a spot on the lawn to enjoy the quality Artists that play this venue.
To fill the gap between Gray’s Tuesdays and Truckee Thursdays, we also have Music in the Park Wednesdays. These concerts take place at Truckee Regional Park Amphitheater from 6:30 – 8pm every Wednesday and are free to attend. They start June 21’st and run through August 30th.
