I recently heard a child ask Santa for three feet of snow at a Breakfast with Santa event. Of course, Santa said he would do his best, but no guarantees. Well…it looks like we’ll be seeing at least some of that three-foot wish come true with hearty snow showers forecasted for Friday and into Saturday. The perfect touch for a magical holiday weekend! In addition to mother nature’s gifts, there are plenty of fun activities to enjoy with family and friends at the Village at Northstar. Santa will be making appearances daily through December 24th from 12-2:30 p.m. (Dec 21- Dorinda’s Chocolates, Dec 23- Ambassador Toys, Dec 24 – Mine). Photographers will be on hand to take the classic annual kids with Santa picture. On December 22nd, Santa will make his appearance at Noel Night, which is an evening packed full of events from 4-8 p.m. Festivities include holiday craft making, ornament painting, horse drawn sleigh rides, face painting, gingerbread man decorating, performances by the Sacramento Skating Group and Great Basin Carolers….all complimentary!
