I found myself in San Diego on a fun adventure at Legoland and the beach with the family last week. I had to share a couple photos as we had a great vacation. Reflecting back, it gives me a better appreciation of how much fun it is for clients to own a second home in an area such as Truckee/Tahoe as they have an established place to come create family memories. My wife and I often talk about buying something in a beach town in the future to take the kids and enjoy the best of both worlds with the mountains and the ocean. Old Greenwood Legacy Collection
Speaking of great places for family vacations, Old Greenwood will be releasing the Legacy Collection to market sometime this June. This is a very exciting project as it fits a rare price point in a resort community full of family amenities with ease of ownership. The Legacy collection consists of 7 townhomes located in a nice open area behind the 10th tee of the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course. It is a short walk across the street to the Pavilion: Swim, Tennis, Fitness & Spa Facility along with the Bearfoot Bar & Grill. These townhomes should be received very well in a community with limited supply and roubust amenities. There are currently only 3 homes listed on the market in Old Greenwood ranging in price from $1,495,000 to $2,600,000. Of the 99 homesites in the community, there are only 55 built homes.
