Greetings –
On the forefront of everyone’s mind is the question of when we are going to get one of our famous 5-foot Sierra storms.  Mother nature has not cooperated in providing the heavy snow winters that we are accustomed to, but the pattern is changing and “Miracle March” looks like it is making a comeback.  I am very excited to see the snow totals come this Sunday as we can receive anywhere from 3-6 feet or more in the next three days.  I have a lot of pent up demand for some good powder skiing and this could be the perfect start to ensure a great spring ski season.
The incoming snow couldn’t have come at a better time as the Annual Snow Festival, a favorite Tahoe tradition, is upon us.  SnowFest 2018 kicks off its 37th annual community event tonight with the Queen Coronation, famous Wet Woody drink and music from Groove Foundry at Garwoods from 5 – 10 pm.  If you’ve yet to see the snow sculpture contest be sure to put it on your calendar for 12pm Sunday, March 11th at the River Ranch.  This Saturday is packed full of events starting with the North Tahoe Firefighter’s pancake breakfast located at the Tahoe City Firehouse starting at 7 am.  The Snow Fest parade will start at 11:30 am in Tahoe City with the day culminating at 2:30 pm at Garwoods with the Great Polar Bear Swim.  There are too many events to mention, so please visit for a full listing.
With the snow starting to fall and mores storms on the horizon, you can enjoy the rest of ski season in one of the best deals in Northstar.  Home Run Townhome #8 is sold fully furnished and turn key at $1,725,000.  With a direct connection to skiing, hiking and mountain biking right out your door and the Ritz Carlton just steps away, the community of Home Run is packed full of excitement.  This 3 bed, 3 bath, 2 car garage is located in a quiet mountain setting, nestled in the trees directly on the slopes of Northstar.  There is plenty of storage for your Tahoe toys and room for the entire family and friends. You will also enjoy the amenities Mountainside offers, including the Tree House just a stones throw away.  Wrap up a great day of recreation with down mountain views and the alpenglow of the Carson Range every evening.  Here is a link to the listing for more details:Click Here to View Listings
I hope to see you up enjoying the SnowFest activities and don’t hesitate to call if you or any friends would like to view properties.  I appreciate your referrals!
