Wow… I woke up this morning at my home in Truckee in what I consider the banana belt and there was 13” of low density fluff sitting in my driveway and piled on my car. This is the classic Tahoe snow that we have all been waiting for – perfect combination of cold air with lots of moisture. Northstar is reporting 21″ in the last 24 hours.
If you are not currently in Tahoe, try to make it up for this weekend as the skiing will be as good as it gets. Above is a photo from this morning outside my office. I am going to keep this update short and sweet as I want to go jump in the trees and glades at Northstar for a few morning runs before showing the Stellar ski in ski out real estate later today. Speaking of Stellar, a Stellar Townhome just went pending the other day at $1,850,000. Consumers are really excited about this new collection with a Residence also pending at $3,100,000.
